In addition to medical and radiation treatment, the center is home to cancer research (patient clinical trials) and educational activities. The facility offers some of the most sophisticated technologies available anywhere in the world to treat adult and pediatric cancers and tumors, including Novalis Tx radiosurgery that features one-of-a-kind shaped-beam technology to treat cancerous and noncancerous conditions and delivers the best possible treatment dose while protecting healthy tissue.
